You can also make options to hold on to certain items to change the ending of the game. So far it looks like you can side with helping people, or being a total jerk, or sort of in-between. The re-playability is also there in the easier mode just to see what other story options there is. I found myself spamming that beam cannon alot when the missions got too hard. Your main warship has special abilities gained later in game where you can help your allies, OR fire off a HUGE beam cannon that does crazy damage. You will be given a melee unit, support, sniper, and mid-range unit as your basic mech units. You also gain access to a shop where you can buy upgrades such as the warheads, buy more warheads to refill on ammo, upgrades to your warship, or even buy mercenaries, and military aid in the form of ships for greater numbers in combat.
You can spend time upgrading your machines abilities, or increasing missile count which is a HUGE help later in the game, or adding the ability to fire warheads. You can speak to characters to increase, or decrease your relationship with them. In the story you make choices as the captain of your ship who has become a pirate because his home planet was taken over by an evil empire hell bent on taking over the universe. They give the option for easy mode to enjoy the story or increased difficulty to push yourself to the limits in the tactics style combat.
From start to finish the game last a good while not too long either.
This game is a tactical game with a very fun interesting harem, action, sci-fi story line. This game is adult, and has nudity in it though so just fair warning to the kids. You play as Kayto Shields (lol shields majority of the game your firing the main cannon no innuendo intended). So I have absolutely no complaints, but this game is so good I would have paid $10.00 for it, and I already can’t wait for a sequel. Yeah, and a visual novel with tactical gameplay, and multi-path story.
